We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team at Skipto Ai International Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. Prepare and file GST returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, and advise on tax planning strategies.

3. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

4. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

5. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audit processes, and liaise with external auditors.

7. Participate in strategic financial planning, including capital budgeting, investments, and financial projections.

- 2\. Taxation & Legal Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, statutory compliance, and coordinate audits to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- 3\. Financial Planning & Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways, manage refunds and outstanding payments, and prepare budgets and MIS reports to support business decisions.
