As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the best candidates to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions

3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers

4. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and other platforms

5. Assist with resume screening and evaluating candidates based on job requirements

6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

7. Provide support in various HR functions such as onboarding and employee relations
