We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:
• Educational Qualification:

Must be a graduate (B. Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent).
• Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Advanced Linux Administration:
o Deep expertise in Linux OS (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE, Rocky).
o Strong knowledge of kernel tuning, performance optimization, system internals, and capacity planning.
o Expertise in troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Automation & Configuration Management:
o Strong hands-on experience with Ansible / Puppet / Chef for configuration management and automation.
o Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
o Experience in building reusable automation frameworks.
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure:
o Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).
o Experience managing Linux workloads in cloud and hybrid environments.
o Understanding of cloud-native services, IAM, networking, and storage.
• Containers & Orchestration:
o Strong working knowledge of Docker / Podman.
o Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift administration and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring, Observability & Reliability:
o Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Splunk or similar tools.
o Exposure to SRE practices (SLI/SLO, alerting, incident response, error budgets).
o Ability to implement proactive monitoring and improve system reliability.
• Security & Compliance:
o Strong understanding of Linux security, hardening, and vulnerability management.
o Experience with compliance standards (CIS, STIG, ISO, SOC2) and audit support.
• Incident, Problem & Change Management:
o Lead major incident handling (P1/P2), perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
o Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and governance.
• System Design & Implementation:
o Ability to design and implement scalable, highly available Linux environments.
o Experience in migrations, upgrades, and data center/cloud transformations.
• Collaboration & DevOps Integration:
o Work closely with DevOps, application, and cloud teams for CI/CD integration.
o Exposure to tools like Jenkins, Git, Terraform is desirable.
• UNIX & Legacy Systems (Optional):
o Knowledge of AIX/Solaris for legacy system support is an added advantage.
• Certifications:
o RHCE/RHCA, LFCS/LFCE, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred.
• Soft Skills & Leadership:
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to mentor L1/L2 engineers and guide technical teams.
o Ownership mindset with strong analytical and decision-making ability.

Work Timings:
• Willing to work in rotational shifts / on-call support in a 24x7 environment.
