Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead

iSpeedToLead is building a marketplace for future customers in the US. We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader to build recurring, permissioned homeowner seller-referral supply through US business partnerships.
What you will own

- Personally identify and win new US business partners that can introduce homeowners who intend to sell.

- Lead discovery, negotiate commercial terms and referral rights, and launch the partner workflow through first accepted referrals.

- Measure partner activation, accepted volume, lead quality, conversion, refunds, payouts and contribution; improve or stop channels based on evidence.

- Document a repeatable acquisition and activation playbook, then coach and help build a small partnerships team as the economics support it.

- Work closely with supply operations, product and sales to maintain consent, provenance and a dependable partner experience.

What we are looking for

- Direct experience personally originating US B2B partnerships and taking them from first conversation to signed, active, recurring referrals.

- Ability to explain the rights, payments, permissions and results of partnerships you owned. Confidential figures may be anonymized.

- Strong independent prospecting, commercial judgment and clear English communication.

- Evidence of coaching colleagues or managing a small commercial team.

- Experience with seller-side real estate partnerships, original lead suppliers or publishers, or residential-service referral channels is especially relevant.

Work model

Full-time, remote, with regular overlap with US business hours. Prior success with US businesses matters more than place of residence.
