Daily registration operations including guest list management, attendee communications, and inquiry resolution

-
Registration reporting, dashboards, and client‑ready materials (guest lists, itineraries, collateral)

-
Cross‑functional alignment with event operations, guest experience, merchandise, and ticketing teams

-
Support for global merchandise operations including branding alignment, inventory tracking, and worldwide fulfillment

-
Clear communication of timelines, status, and next steps during client calls and internal meetings

-
Continuous improvement of registration processes, tools, and communication workflows

What You Bring

-
5+ years in registration management, database management, ticketing operations, or program operations

-
Strong experience with registration platforms, websites, or customer data systems

-
Excellent writing skills for registration copy, guest communications, and system content

-
High comfort working with structured data, tracking progress, and maintaining accuracy

-
Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or high‑profile clients

-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and communication streams
