Job Summary
The Workforce Analytics team provides reporting tools, analysis, and insights that empower leaders to make key people decisions and drive business value. Partnering with HR, finance and business leaders, the Senior Workforce Analyst builds scalable reporting tools, analyzes workforce trends, and applies statistical and visualization methods to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
The Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics is a hands-on role - deeply consultative, but always in the data - solving complex workforce and business challenge. This individual will partner closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand the problem behind a request, ask the right questions, analyze data, and determine the appropriate solution rather than simply completing assigned reports or building dashboards. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity and gray areas, can independently take an undefined problem and work it through to resolution, and knows when to collaborate with others to move an issue forward. The ideal candidate combines strong people analytics, dashboarding, and technical skills with curiosity, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills, and can translate complex data into a clear story that helps leaders understand what is happening, why it matters, and what actions they should consider.
