The Workforce Operations Analyst (Workforce Technology Analyst) will support the day-to-day execution and governance of the company’s External Workforce lifecycle, coordinating contractor onboarding, offboarding, extensions, transitions, and ongoing operational processes. Working closely with procurement, HR, finance, hiring managers, business units, and suppliers, this role will help ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant contractor management while supporting efficient operations and a controlled, scalable approach to managing non-FTE resources.
What you will do:

Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, transitions, and offboarding activities.

Manage stakeholder requirements verification, quote requests, and rate validation.

Ensure required documentation, approvals, and system access are completed accurately and on time.

Track contractor status and maintain accurate records across all systems.

Support daily operations, including intake requests, updates, and changes to contractor engagements.

Assist with approvals and route requests to appropriate stakeholders.

Serve as a point of contact for contractor-related inquiries from business units and suppliers.

Troubleshoot onboarding, access, and process-related issues, resolve operational issues, and escalate more complex problems, risks, delays, or compliance concerns as needed.

Execute standardized processes and controls for contractor management across business units.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for contractor activities.

Maintain and update contractor data in systems, including VMS, HRIS, or tracking tools.

Support reporting on contractor volumes, onboarding timelines, and operational metrics.

Identify data inconsistencies and work to improve data quality.

Support timely and accurate completion of onboarding and offboarding activities, data accuracy and completeness, adherence to defined processes and controls, reduction in operational errors and escalations, and responsive stakeholder support.
What you will bring:

2–4+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, procurement support, or similar roles.

Experience working in structured, process-driven environments.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Good communication and stakeholder support skills.

Basic understanding of workflow processes, approvals, and compliance controls.

Proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems.

Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
