Social Media Manager

About the Role

The client is looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage social media content and strengthen their online presence. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, a clean and sophisticated creative style, and the ability to turn photos and videos into engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organise monthly social media content calendars.

- Create engaging social media posts and reels using photos and videos provided by the client.

- Write compelling captions, copy, and relevant hashtags.

- Upload content to Notion for client review and approval, making revisions when needed.

- Schedule approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Manage community engagement and interact with the online audience.

- Ensure all content aligns with the client's visual identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Clear communication skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- A creative eye for composition, visual storytelling, and content ideas.

- Ability to create clean, polished, and sophisticated social media content.

- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback.

- Experience with social media management, content creation, and scheduling.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating short-form videos and reels.

- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design and video editing tools.

- Experience using Notion for content planning, collaboration, and approvals.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and platform-specific content requirements.
