- Maintain regular communication with care staff, rostering managers, schedulers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations

- Update and maintain accurate workforce, client, and scheduling records within rostering software platforms

- Ensure all handovers and shift information are communicated clearly and accurately

- Identify and escalate potential compliance concerns or staffing issues to the Brisbane team for follow-up

- Provide additional administrative and scheduling support as required by the allocations team
