Schedule: Full-time
You will help government contractors get more value from their GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts. This is a client-facing, hands-on role focused on GSA MAS maintenance, modifications, compliance, pricing and catalog updates, SIN strategy, and ongoing Schedule administration.
This is not a generic federal proposal role. The core need is someone who understands how GSA MAS contracts actually work after award, how to keep them compliant, and how to guide clients through the administrative and strategic decisions required to maintain and expand their Schedule.
This role prioritizes hands-on GSA MAS maintenance capability first. GWAC, OASIS+, IDIQ, BPA, and broader proposal experience is valuable, but MAS administration depth is the key differentiator.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage GSA MAS contract maintenance for multiple GovCon clients.
- Prepare, submit, and track eMod actions, including SIN additions, labor category updates, pricing changes, catalog updates, administrative modifications, and related Schedule updates.
- Support initial GSA MAS offers and major Schedule actions when needed.
- Advise clients on MAS strategy, including SIN alignment, labor category structure, pricing approach, documentation readiness, and compliance obligations.
- Manage ongoing Schedule compliance requirements, including IFF and TDR reporting support, sales tracking coordination, renewal readiness, pricing considerations, and documentation upkeep.
- Coordinate with client executives, contracts teams, finance, pricing, business development, and technical stakeholders to gather required information and keep actions moving.
- Review GSA MAS solicitations, refreshes, modification requirements, and customer-facing documentation to ensure accurate, compliant submissions.
- Help clients understand how to use their MAS contract to pursue task orders, BPAs, and agency opportunities.
- Support GSA eBuy opportunity tracking and task-order proposal activity as needed.
- Maintain organized client records, trackers, templates, and process documentation across multiple active engagements.
- Provide clear client communication, status updates, recommendations, and risk flags.
- Partner with internal leadership to improve repeatable MAS processes, templates, and service-delivery standards.
Must-Haves
- Direct, hands-on experience with GSA MAS or GSA Schedule administration.
- Experience preparing or supporting eOffer and/or eMod actions.
- Experience with SIN additions or changes, labor category updates, pricing updates, catalog updates, or similar MAS modifications.
- Understanding of post-award GSA MAS maintenance requirements, not just proposal or capture support.
- Experience supporting GSA MAS compliance, including Schedule documentation, reporting requirements, renewals, modifications, and client readiness.
- Ability to communicate directly with GovCon clients and explain MAS requirements in plain English.
- Strong project-management skills across multiple clients, deadlines, and contract-vehicle actions.
- Experience working with federal contractors, GovCon advisory firms, GSA Schedule consulting firms, or similar contractor-side environments.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working through complex government requirements, templates, portals, and documentation.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, client-facing consulting environment.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience helping companies secure new GSA MAS awards.
- Experience with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, IFF reporting, TDR reporting, SIP/catalog files,
