Description:
The Sr. Contracts Administrator supports the day-to-day administration and compliance of BlueAlly Technology Solutions’ portfolio of government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) and agency-specific contract vehicles, including the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), the MDA SHIELD IDIQ, and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) contracts. Working under the direction of the GWAC & Contract Vehicle Program Manager, this role executes the administrative, transactional, and compliance-tracking functions that keep each contract vehicle audit-ready and operational by processing modifications, maintaining catalog and pricing accuracy, supporting quote and order reviews, and coordinating reporting deliverables. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented contracts or program administration professional to build deeper expertise in federal contract vehicles and grow into a program management track.
Responsibilities:

Program Support & Reporting

- Support day-to-day GWAC/IDIQ contract administration. Assist with modification preparation and option year exercise documentation.

- Assist with contract reporting deliverables to include GSA IFF, Teaming Agreements and SLED (NASPO, NCPA, Omnia, etc.)

- Drive profitable revenue growth by helping the sales team leverage BlueAlly ’s contract portfolio.

- Help develop training and reference materials for sales teams on GWAC/IDIQ ordering, pricing, and compliance procedures

- Assist in assembling task order capture materials and coordinating logistics for proposal teams across assigned contract vehicles

- Maintain tracking logs for contract vehicle utilization, revenue activity, and upcoming compliance deadlines

- Serve as a day-to-day point of coordination between contract vehicle operations and internal stakeholders

- Support onboarding activities and documentation setup as BlueAlly ’s federal contract vehicle portfolio expands

GSA MAS Contract Administration

- Maintain GSA catalog and pricing data, tracking updates against source documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness

- Review sales quotes submitted through GSA eBuy and other ordering platforms for compliance with contract terms prior to Program Manager sign-off

- Assist with compiling information to support reporting requirements, product additions, letters of supply, SIN additions, and labor category updates

- Track compliance documentation related to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), Price Reductions Clause, and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) reporting

- Assist in preparing files and documentation for GSA audits, Contractor Assessment Visits (CAVs), and compliance reviews

NASA SEWP Contract Administration

- Support administration of the NASA SEWP contract portfolio, including tracking performance metrics, compliance requirements, and modification requests

- Assist with PMO communications, routine reporting submissions, and maintenance of performance rating documentation

- Help maintain SEWP catalog listings, technology refresh updates, and competitive pricing data

- Support coordination with NASA SEWP contracting officers on administrative contract actions and documentation requests

MDA SHIELD IDIQ Administration

- Monitor task order opportunity postings and route relevant information to the Capture and Proposals teams

- Assist in tracking compliance with MDA-specific requirements, security provisions, and applicable DFARS clauses

- Help prepare responses to data calls and coordinate documentation for the MDA Contracting Officer and program office

- Track task order funding status and contract ceiling utilization, flagging discrepancies to the Program Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, program administration, or federal contracts support

- Strong organizational skills
