- Build prospect lists, enrich data, and automate targeted outbound campaigns.

- Connect tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and AI platforms into reliable workflows.

- Keep CRM stages, owners, next steps, and follow-up dates current.

- Give leadership clear pipeline reports and flag stalled deals.

- Test what works and improve meetings booked, conversion, and team productivity.

What you need

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining GTM automations or integrations.

- Experience with Clay or similar tools, plus CRM and marketing automation. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

- Experience with outbound prospecting, data enrichment, and pipeline reporting.

- Practical AI use beyond asking questions in a chat window.

- C1-level English (spoken and written) and the ability to explain what you built and follow through on delivery.

- Based in Latin America or the Philippines and available full-time during US business hours.

Strong advantages

Healthcare or health technology experience, SQL/Python, and account-based marketing. Strong builders from other industries are welcome.
