Senior End-to-End Credit Analyst (Remote) About PeoplePartners

- At PeoplePartners , great work starts with great people—and we have the certification to back it up. As a Great Place to Work® certified company , we’ve built a people-first culture where talented professionals can do meaningful work, build global experience, and keep growing.

- You’ll collaborate with Australian businesses, develop your expertise in an international environment, and join a team that values trust, learning, connection, and career progression.

- If you’re ready for a role where your experience is respected and your next career move actually moves you forward, PeoplePartners is the place to make it happen.

Role Overview
- Know your way around a mortgage file from first scenario to settlement—and prefer being trusted to get on with it?

- We’re looking for an experienced Senior End-to-End Credit Analyst to support one of our Australian mortgage broking clients. This isn’t a role where you handle one piece of the puzzle and pass the file along. You’ll own the file and the thinking behind it.

- From assessing borrowing capacity and navigating complex credit scenarios to selecting suitable lenders, preparing quality submissions, clearing conditions, and driving applications through to settlement, you’ll manage the lending journey end to end.

- You’ll work closely with the broker while having the autonomy to make sound decisions, identify risks early, and keep multiple applications moving without someone looking over your shoulder.

- If complex lending scenarios get your analytical gears turning and a clean, settlement-ready file is your idea of a job well done, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from initial client scenario through to settlement.

- Assess serviceability, borrowing capacity, liabilities, credit profiles, and financial position.

- Assess PAYG, self-employed, and complex income scenarios .

- Interpret payslips, tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documentation.

- Match client objectives and circumstances with appropriate lender policies and loan structures.

- Identify suitable lenders, including non-bank and specialist lending options where appropriate.

- Prepare and lodge accurate, policy-aligned credit submissions.

- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

- Manage outstanding conditions, lender follow-ups, application milestones, and settlement requirements.

- Ensure files meet lender credit policy and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, records, and application updates.

- Identify and escalate credit, policy, documentation, and structuring risks early.

- Manage multiple active lending files and deadlines independently.

- Provide clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the application process.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or end-to-end Loan Processor within mortgage broking, banking, credit assessment, or a related lending environment.

- Experience managing mortgage lending files independently and end to end.

- Strong knowledge of lender credit policies and serviceability.

- Experience assessing PAYG, self-employed, and complex income scenarios.

- Experience assessing borrowing capacity, liabilities, credit profiles, and loan structures.

- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple applications, priorities, and deadlines independently.

- Experience using CRM systems.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet credit policy and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, identify issues early, and progress files without close supervision.
