The job

You sign dealers and sell boats from Maine to Florida and across the Great Lakes. We have a US importer, a demo boat on the water and dealer floor-plan finance in progress. What we do not have yet is someone calling on dealers every week. That is you.

What you will do

Sign stocking dealers in the top boating markets on the East Coast and Great Lakes

Run sea trials and show presence, starting with Dealer Week in Tampa (6–9 December)

Open marina, boat-club and resort accounts alongside dealers

Hand each dealer a local service partner before their first boat lands

Report pipeline weekly: leads, sea trials, offers, deposits

What we look for

5+ years selling boats or marine products to US dealers

Dealer principals who take your call because they know you

Honest about what electric does well today and what it does not yet

Comfortable with a pay package that follows what you sell

What we offer

A base salary plus commission on every boat, uncapped. Travel and mileage reimbursed. A premium product at USD 169,000, a US importer already in place, and a small team that decides fast.

About X Shore

X Shore builds electric boats in Nyköping, Sweden. Our boats are in daily use with owners, rental fleets and hotel partners across Europe, the US and the Middle East. We are a small company growing its dealer network in 2027.
