Sales Manager, Continental Europe (DACH & Benelux)

Where you will be

Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands or Belgium, near a good airport. Remote, with regular travel to dealers and to our factory in Nyköping, Sweden.

Who you will report to: Head of Sales & Marketing

When you will start: by 1 January 2027

What you will do

Sign stocking dealers in DACH and Benelux and support their first sales

Run demo days and boat-show presence (boot Düsseldorf, January 2027, is your first)

Close direct sales to private owners, boat clubs and hotels

Work with our service lead to set up a service partner in each dealer's area

Report pipeline weekly: leads, demos, offers, deposits

What we look for

5+ years selling boats or marine equipment to dealers and owners

A list of dealers and owners you can call on your first Monday

Honest about what electric does well today and what it does not yet

Fluent German and English; Dutch is a plus

Comfortable with a pay package that follows what you sell

What we offer

A base salary plus commission on every boat, uncapped. Travel and mileage reimbursed. A product that sells itself once the customer has driven it, a factory that builds to order, and a small team that decides fast.

About X Shore

X Shore builds electric boats in Nyköping, Sweden. Our boats are in daily use with owners, rental fleets and hotel partners across Europe, the US and the Middle East. We are a small company growing its dealer network in 2027.
