Key Responsibilities

- Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B prospects.

- Generate and schedule qualified sales opportunities for the client or sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.

- Send timely follow-up emails and nurture warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

- Utilize company-provided resources, including lead lists, call scripts, and sales tools, to maximize outreach and performance.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development is highly preferred.

- Required: Previous experience with B2B outbound sales or lead generation.

- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage but not required.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

- Setup: Other campaigns would require Dual-monitor

- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work
