Project Coordinator - Multifamily

Responsibilities:
- Review and breakout contract form Sales

- Create Submittal packets

- Order and distribute samples from vendor to customer

- Work closely with vendors on pricing and securing material needed for each project

- Setup project in SAP software

- Setup project and monitor in Monday.com

- Create purchase order logs for purchaser

- Track all materials to ensure materials are available to meet installation dates

- Set up will calls and deliveries for installers and field managers

- Key all orders in SAP software

- Create work orders and diagrams for installers

- Process installer payroll

- Communicate with vendors, installers, General Contractors

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field

- Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred

· Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability

· Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Reliable and self-motivated team player
Pay range: $27-$30/hour plus benefits
