Product Marketing Specialist – Remote Europe (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help shape how SecurityBridge brings its products and capabilities to market.

You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into clear positioning, compelling customer value, and effective go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to market and competitive intelligence.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, buyer-focused value propositions.

- Develop and support go-to-market strategies and plans across key focus areas, including Compliance, AI, and product releases.

- Develop positioning and messaging for products, capabilities, and use cases.

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and messaging testing tovalidateassumptions,strengthenpositioning,and improve messaging.

- Work closely with Product Management to understand product developments, customer needs, and market opportunities.

- Support Sales and Pre-Sales with product narratives, competitive positioning, and enablement.

- Collaborate withthe rest of theMarketingteamon product content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing.

- Experience in cybersecurity, or compliance-focused enterprise software.

- Proven experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

- Experience conducting customer research and turning insights into actionable messaging and go-to-market decisions.

- Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly.

- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use customer, market, and performance insights to guide decisions.

- Experience developing sales enablement and customer-facing content.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience within SAP or enterprise IT.

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.

- Experience working in an international B2B software environment.

- German language skills are a plus.
