- Review, prioritize, and flag important emails for attention
- Draft and send email responses with approval-Handle administrative tasks across 2–3 business inboxes
- Manage travel and conference logistics (booking hotels, flights, travel arrangements)
- Product procurement and research for skate shop (sourcing parts, checking vendors, product research)
- Market research and vendor research as requested-Assist with document preparation (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) with guidance
- General task implementation and delegation following written instructions
- Support across multiple businesses and operations
- Post pre-made content on social media platforms
- Assist with procuring Web Developer & Video Editors for project based work, and present for approvals
