Part-Time B2B Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

Position Overview

BtoB Studio is looking for a Part-Time B2B Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified leads and book discovery calls with small and mid-size businesses.

This is a remote position. Candidates with experience in U.S. B2B outreach are preferred, but we welcome applicants with strong communication skills and a proven sales background.
Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify qualified business leads.

- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other B2B channels.

- Introduce BtoB Studio's branding, website design, video production, and social media services.

- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or sales appointments.

- Track leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups using Google Sheets or a CRM.

- Maintain professional communication with prospects.

- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or SDR roles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

- Experience using Google Sheets, CRM platforms, LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.

Preferred:
- Experience selling marketing, branding, website design, video production, social media, or other professional services.
