POSITION SUMMARY:

- Provide analytical and operational support to the Integrations team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that track key performance indicators and support leadership decision-making.

- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and implement strategic initiatives that improve operational performance.

- Use Excel, Smartsheet, and other analytical tools to organize and manipulate data, develop actionable recommendations, and support operational objectives.

- Manage assigned projects, documentation, and deliverables while ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and successful execution of initiatives.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a related analytical field preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau with experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams; healthcare, financial, accounting, or quantitative background preferred.

- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
