Role overview

Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the day-to-day operation joined up across teams, suppliers and systems. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations, schedules and resource planning

- Track orders, jobs and deliverables through to completion

- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams

- Maintain operational records, trackers and reporting

- Spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

What you'll need

- Experience in operations, logistics or project coordination

- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities

- Confident with spreadsheets and operational systems

- Clear written and spoken English

- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
