Office Coordinator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Office Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the day-to-day rhythm of a UK team — schedules, suppliers, records and the small details that keep everyone moving.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate team schedules, meetings and shared calendars

- Liaise with suppliers and service providers and track orders

- Maintain records, trackers and internal documentation

- Prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions

- Monitor deadlines and flag delays early

- Support onboarding logistics for new starters

What you'll need

- Experience in an office coordination, administration or team support role

- Confident with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

- Experience managing calendars and coordinating across several people

- Strong written and spoken English, well organised under pressure

- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work

Nice to have

- Experience with a project or task tool such as Asana, Trello or Monday

- Experience supporting a remote or distributed team

- Basic experience with expenses or purchase orders

- 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa

- Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
