Marketing Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

You will act as the main executor and coordinator for new marketing initiatives. A significant portion of the work will be within Revinate and Canva — building and deploying email campaigns, managing database communications, and creating and adapting marketing materials. This can include, but is not limited to:

- Building and deploying email marketing campaigns (Revinate)

- SMS/MMS outreach for potential customers and advertisers

- Managing database communications, including list segmentation and upkeep

- Creating and adapting marketing materials in Canva

- Data gathering and analysis of Leads, Past Customers, and Sales metrics

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Advertising

- Build and deploy email campaigns in Revinate, from list segmentation through send.

- Manage ongoing database communications, ensuring lists are clean, segmented, and up to date.

- Develop and implement email and text message marketing campaigns.

- Content generation, including the use of AI.

- Advertising spend optimization.

- ICP - Ideal Customer Profile analysis and identification.

- Ability to set up and monitor advertising campaigns, measure performance, and recommend changes.

- Understanding and ability to implement SEO.

Project Management & Automation:

- Set up and manage a comprehensive marketing and campaign calendar using project management tools like ClickUp (or similar platforms) to ensure consistent, well-timed execution.

- Manage assets, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

- Automate campaign and communication workflows wherever possible, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of email and marketing campaigns using Revinate reporting, Google Analytics, and other tools.

- Monitor key metrics, including open/click rates, list growth, website traffic, and conversions.

- Use data insights to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies for better results.

- Need to be very proficient in analyzing data and using spreadsheets.

Creative & Materials:

- Create and adapt marketing materials using Canva, ensuring all content is visually aligned with the company's branding.

- Collaborate with external graphic designers when more advanced design work is required.

Requirements

- Strong marketing fundamentals with a proven track record coordinating a wide variety of marketing initiatives.

- A ferocious work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently — these matter more to us than any specific industry background.

- Experience with Revinate, or a similar email/CRM marketing platform, is a strong plus.

- Hospitality industry experience is helpful, but not required.

- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, with the ability to collaborate with external designers as needed.

- Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience crafting engaging B2B content.

- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello for managing campaign calendars and workflows.

- Comfort with AI tools for the purpose of automation and speed of generation.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.

- This is a contract role that does not include benefits.

- Contracts are completed through Deel and payments are made through Deel in your preferred currency.

- Working hours will vary but are typically 9a-6p (with a break).
