As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact. This position will play a key role in our commercial organization and represents a fantastic opportunity for a career in sales with a dynamic, thriving company.

About the role

- Identify and qualify potential leads, outbound and inbound, by phone, email, social media messaging, and other media as they are made available.

- Manage a sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing opportunities, won and lost.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for capabilities demonstrations, proposals sent, and won new business.

What you'll do

- Become a Subject Matter Expert understanding our products, the impact of our service on our customers’ business, and insights that will make our customers more successful in their business.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, key clients, and stakeholders, including clinical research sites and academic institutions.

- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and document customer interactions.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products and services.

- Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded

- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze sales data.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed.

- Desire to pursue a career in sales.

- At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Preferred: Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a highly similar position.
