Lead Generation Executive (WFH)

About the job:
We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our HR Tech/SaaS products through outbound prospecting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research.

Identify HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and business decision-makers.

Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

Maintain lead data and activities in the CRM.

Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead-generation targets.

Support outbound campaigns and improve lead quality.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.

HR Tech / Recruitment Tech experience is a plus.

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or CRM tools.

Good communication, research, and follow-up skills.

Target-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
