About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential US clients in healthcare, IT, engineering, manufacturing, and other industries for staffing and recruitment services.

2. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and other platforms, and maintain an organised database of prospective clients and decision-makers.

3. Support the business development team with email outreach, follow-ups, prospect data management, and scheduling introductory meetings with potential clients.

- 3. Willingness to work in the US business time zone (US EST hours) and learn B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
- 4. Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in lead generation, sales, or US staffing will be preferred.
- 5. Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
