About the Position:

We have a great opportunity on our Sales team for a highly motivated “hunter” to seek out, sign up, manage relationships, and do whatever it takes to rapidly grow our existing agent base. This is a fast-paced position that is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and goal-oriented. You are used to selling sand in the desert.

*This position is a 100% remote U.S. based opportunity that can be based in one of the following states only: AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Some travel for day-to-day work, team meetings, and training will be required.

Key Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do)

- Identify, source, and “hunt down” new agent relationships to rapidly grow our agent base.

- Understand prospective agent's customer base and marketing strategy by presenting and explaining how Swyfft fits with their customers and strategy.

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to agents by showcasing Swyfft ’s world-class user experience and the products we offer.

- Promote Swyfft ’s platform through the education of agents at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

- Partner with our sales and marketing team members to improve our agency platform experience.

Some Requirements:

- 3+ years of sales experience in an MGA, carrier, or agency environment.

- Previous knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies and programs.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

- High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.

Computer Skills:

- We’re an MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack)

- Experience with CRM programs such as HubSpot is a plus.

Other:

- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required.

- Designated quiet work from home space.
