About the Project
We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Peru). In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.

Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
