High-Ticket Sales Development Representative (SDR)

One of our companies, The Dollar Writers (TDW) is hiring 2–3 experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to sell premium book writing services through Pen & Pad.

We are seeking proven sales professionals who can generate paying customers and are interested in long-term opportunities with our growing company.

Your responsibility is to find qualified prospects, conduct outbound outreach, explain our services, follow up, and generate completed sales.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 1 full year of SDR experience documented on your resume.

- Proven outbound sales and customer acquisition experience.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Ability to independently find and convert qualified buyers.

- Professional, reliable, and results-driven.

- Available Tuesday–Friday, 9 AM–1 PM Pacific Time.

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $150 USD every two weeks.

Commission Structure:

- First completed sale: 10%

- Second completed sale within the same package: 20%

- Third and additional completed sales within the same package: 30%

Commissions are earned on qualifying collected payments and completed service delivery.

Initial Contract: 90 days, with opportunities for long-term continuation based on performance.
