Structural Heart is part of Medtronic โ€™s Cardiovascular Portfolio, focused on advancing therapies that address complex structural heart diseases. The Global Field Training team partners across commercial, marketing, medical education, and regional training organizations to develop and deploy scalable learning solutions that support sales excellence, product adoption, and clinical competency worldwide. This role sits within the Global Field Training organization and is responsible for driving standardized commercial and clinical training programs across global markets. The position is remote and requires close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. International travel of up to 50% is required to support training initiatives, new product launches, and engagement with regional training teams and international training centers.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Lead the development and deployment of global commercial and clinical training curricula for Structural Heart therapies in partnership with Learning Design and cross-functional stakeholders

- Drive training standardization across global markets while enabling regional customization to address local business and customer needs

- Partner with Global and Regional Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education, and Commercial Leadership teams to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions

- Lead global Train-the-Trainer initiatives and support regional teams in the effective delivery of training programs and learning experiences

- Support new product launches by developing training plans, aligning global and regional stakeholders, and ensuring field readiness

- Maintain and continuously improve training content to ensure alignment with product, clinical, and commercial strategies and applicable approval processes

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across regions to promote consistency, best-practice adoption, and continuous improvement of commercial capabilities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing, or related commercial functions

- Experience developing, implementing, or delivering commercial, clinical, product, or sales training programs

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, training, medical education, or commercial organizations

- Experience leading projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple regions or within a global matrix environment

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects simultaneously while working independently

- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional language proficiency preferred
