Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage client accounts, automate CRM and business processes, capture and track leads, troubleshoot issues, and support clients throughout their customer journey—from initial enquiry to booking, sales, onboarding, and follow-up. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on GHL expertise, understands how customer journeys and business processes work, and can independently identify and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities

GHL Account Management: Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel sub-accounts for assigned clients, and take ownership of their ongoing GHL setup.

Workflow & Automation Build: Set up and manage workflows, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, custom fields, tags, conversations, users, and other relevant GHL modules.

Customer Journey Automation: Translate client sales and customer service processes into practical automation flows — building journeys for lead capture, qualification, booking, reminders, follow-up, rescheduling, cancellation, onboarding, support, reviews, and reactivation.

Lead Capture & Tracking: Ensure leads from key channels are captured in GHL, routed correctly, and tracked through the full customer journey.

Process Automation: Automate repeatable sales, service, administrative, and operational processes, including handoffs, notifications, data capture, and follow-up.

Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, workflow notes, and SOPs, keeping them updated as client processes and GHL setups change.

Troubleshooting & QA: Troubleshoot workflow, integration, attribution, and data issues; test automations end-to-end before deployment and improve existing setups where needed.

Client Relationship Management: Conduct weekly or biweekly client meetings to review progress, issues, requests, and improvements, and translate client requests into clear implementation actions.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate internally when additional technical support is required and proactively identify further automation opportunities.

Product Knowledge & AI-Assisted Problem Solving: Stay current on new GHL features, modules, and releases; test relevant updates and recommend improvements. Use tools such as ChatGPT and Codex to research documentation, generate workflow logic, analyze webhook/API data, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience, with proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

- GHL & CRM Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, conversations, and CRM automation within GoHighLevel.

- Customer Journey & Process Understanding: Ability to understand customer journeys and business processes and translate them into practical automation flows.

- Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability; detail-oriented and able to test your own work before deployment.

- Process & Documentation Discipline: Strong process thinking, with the discipline to create and maintain clear documentation, workflow notes, and SOPs.

- AI-Assisted Resourcefulness: Resourceful with ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI tools to research unfamiliar features, generate workflow logic, and troubleshoot issues — you are
