This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can own strategy, systems, and designwhile keeping the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms. Youll play a vital role in launching a personal brand, podcast, digital products, and moremaking a real impact on meaningful, mission-aligned work.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel

Design and schedule branded social media content (posts, reels, carousels, audiograms)

Repurpose long-form content into engaging visuals

Set up email/SMS automations and campaigns via GoHighLevel

Upload and manage digital products and online storefronts

Monitor and engage in inbox messages, DMs, comments, and groups

Maintain a clean, organized calendar and inbox

Create digital lead magnets, planners, workbooks, and guides

Edit and schedule podcast episodes and promotional content

Collaborate with the client to improve workflows and team operations

Must-Have Skills:
