GHL Sales Closer ( Sharks ONLY)

We are hiring remote Sales Closers who read the SOP, log into GoHighLevel, call business owners and get to work. You get the lead lists, proven scripts, training and coaching. Your only job is to turn conversations into paying clients.

We're a fast-growing, U.S.-based business services company helping business owners nationwide with tax and bookkeeping, commercial cleaning and business credit. We're building our outbound sales team and need confident closers who open conversations and turn them into paying clients. We move fast, we run on systems, and we reward people who produce.

The Role

You call business owners nationwide and sell three services:

• Tax and bookkeeping B2B

• Commercial cleaning B2B

• Credit & Debt Management B2B

You open the conversation, qualify the prospect, present the package and close the sale. Top closers move up to Senior

Closer and Team Lead. (2 Positions OPEN)

Flex Time, 2-6 hours a day, fully remote, working U.S. business hours.

What You'll Do Every Day

1. Log in on time, clock in on Trackabi, and check your GHL pipeline and PM tasks.

2. Call business owners from our lead lists through the GHL dialer using our proven scripts.

3. Qualify prospects, present our service packages, close the sale and collect payment through the GHL checkout.

4. Book and run follow-up calls with prospects who need more time.

5. Handle objections with confidence — no freelancing the offer or the pricing.

6. Log every call, note and outcome in GHL before you move on: disposition, tags, pipeline stage, next task.

7. Confirm every booked call and closed deal with the admin team by phone, email or SMS

8. Log your time and leave notes on your Upbase tasks before you clock out.

Must-Haves

• Proven sales results. 2+ year of outbound sales, closing or cold calling. Bring numbers, not adjectives.

• GoHighLevel experience. You already know the dialer, Conversations, pipelines, calendars, tags and tasks. We will not teach you GHL from zero.

• You read the SOP first. Every process is written down. You read it, follow it, and only ask questions the SOP doesn't answer.

• Clear spoken English and a friendly, confident phone voice. You follow a script and still sound natural.

• Commission-driven. Self-motivated and coachable — you hit your numbers without being chased.

• Reliable setup. Stable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset and a backup plan for power and internet.

Bonus: B2B sales, or tax, accounting, cleaning or credit sales experience.

Your Numbers: You are measured on output, every day and every month.

Target Minimum

Daily dials: 150

Paid clients per month: 10+ (unlocks the monthly kicker)

CRM updates: 100% of calls logged in GHL same day

Admin confirmation: Every booked call and closed deal

Hit your numbers and you unlock more leads, bigger bonuses and raises.

Miss them two weeks in a row and we have a conversation.

Pay & Rewards

Base pay keeps the lights on. Commission is where sharks eat.

• Base: $4.00/hr, flex-time, up to 6 hours a day

• Show bonus: $1.50 for every booked call that shows.

• Monthly kicker: 10+ paid clients in a month = an extra $45

• Bonuses are paid bi-weekly via Remitly once the client's payment clears.

Closed-deal bonus — for every client you close who pays:

Shortlisted candidates complete a live role-play interview on Zoom and submit their details in our app. Our admin team confirms every interview by phone, email or SMS and sends your Zoom link.
