Remote Graphic Designer & Course Creator – Full-Time (Fast-Growing US Agency)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design social media graphics, flyers, ads, banners and brand assets for multiple brands and clients

- Turn raw content, notes and recordings into structured online courses: modules, lessons, workbooks, slides and quizzes

- Design course materials such as slide decks, worksheets, checklists and cover graphics

- Build and upload course content inside GoHighLevel (memberships and courses)

- Follow each brand's colors, fonts and style guide exactly

- Revise designs quickly from client and team feedback

WHAT WE EXPECT

- 2+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio link (required)

- Course creation or instructional design experience (a big plus)

- Strong Canva skills; Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus

- GoHighLevel experience (preferred; we'll train the right person)

- Comfortable switching between clients, brands and industries in the same day

- Clear written English and fast replies during working hours

- Meets deadlines and speaks up early when something is slipping

- Logs all time in Trackabi, accurately, every shift

- Updates tasks and leaves notes on every project in **Upbase**

- Has a Remitly account to receive pay

- Reliable internet, a working computer and a quiet workspace

- Keeps all client files and brand assets confidential

PAY

Starting rate $3.50/hr. Performance review at 45 days, with an increase to $4/hr for strong performers and room to grow as we scale.
