About the role

The Executive Operations Manager is a trusted partner to the CMO, responsible for turning strategy, priorities, and decisions into coordinated execution and operational realities across the organisation to reach our maximum potential. The Executive Operations Manager ensures the organisation remains aligned, informed and able to execute effectively. They spot gaps before they become problems, identify risks before they become blockers, and provide additional coordination, challenge, and support wherever they are needed most, acting as a force multiplier rather than a direct owner of business outcomes.

Operating across strategy, operations, project/programme management and executive support, this role ensures that important initiatives move forward with clarity, speed and accountability.

This role is suited to a highly organised operator who enjoys solving problems, navigating complexity and driving progress in a fast-moving environment. Success is measured not by activity completed, but by outcomes delivered, friction removed and organisational effectiveness improved.
