As an E-Commerce Manager (Shopify) , you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations and optimization of a growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce business operating across multiple international markets. You'll take ownership of the Shopify storefront, ensuring promotions, merchandising, landing pages, apps, and customer journeys are managed effectively and consistently.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive Shopify experience who combines strong operational ownership with a practical understanding of conversion optimization. You'll work across Shopify Markets, third-party apps, storefront merchandising, landing page execution, and post-purchase tools, while coordinating closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Development, and Growth teams.
This is not a pure development role. Instead, you'll be expected to independently manage and optimize a complex Shopify ecosystem, troubleshoot operational issues, identify opportunities to improve the storefront, and coordinate technical escalations when deeper development support is required.

Your success as the E-Commerce Manager (Shopify) will be defined by your ability to keep the Shopify ecosystem running smoothly, execute high-quality storefront updates, and continuously improve the customer journey and conversion experience.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Shopify Storefront Management
- Manage Shopify promotions, pricing updates, merchandising changes, and routine site maintenance.
- Support operational management of the storefront across multiple international markets.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across Shopify Markets.
- Ensure the storefront is operationally ready for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Design and build high-converting Shopify landing pages.
- Manage and optimize post-purchase survey tools.
- Support conversion rate optimization through landing page improvements and customer journey optimization.
- Analyze behavioral insights to identify opportunities to improve the storefront experience.
- Identify and address friction points throughout the customer journey.
Shopify Apps & Platform Operations
- Manage third-party Shopify apps and integrations.
- Evaluate the operational impact of new tools and plugins.
- Maintain an effective and well-organized Shopify technology ecosystem.
- Coordinate with development stakeholders on technical escalations and implementation.
Website Operations & Issue Management
- Act as the first point of contact for website issues raised by Customer Experience.
- Troubleshoot operational storefront issues before escalating.
- Identify the root cause of issues and coordinate the appropriate stakeholders to resolve blockers.
- Ensure website issues are resolved efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Development, and Growth/Marketing teams.
- Coordinate stock-related site adjustments and promotional rollouts.
- Ensure storefront updates are aligned with broader marketing and operational initiatives.
