E-comm Manager

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online store operations and help grow our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing online stores, improving sales performance, coordinating daily operations, and identifying opportunities for growth.

We need someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.

What you’ll do:Writing

Manage and oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

Optimize product listings, product pages, pricing, and promotions to improve conversions and sales.

Monitor sales, inventory, orders, and store performance to identify issues and growth opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, conversion rates, and overall profitability.

Coordinate with marketing, customer support, suppliers, and fulfillment teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency.

Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.

Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to support business growth.

Take ownership of projects, solve problems independently, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Continuously identify ways to improve the customer experience and scale the business.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, online store operations, or a related role.

Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, sales growth, conversion optimization, and inventory management.

Experience analyzing sales data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven business decisions.

Familiarity with digital marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement systems to streamline operations.
