The role
We're looking for a senior, hands-on revenue operations leader to own the analytical strategy and operational backbone of our inside sales organization. This isn't a pure analyst role and it isn't a pure ops manager role β it's someone who can build the forecasting models, design the quota structures, run the lead funnel diagnostics, and then actually fix what they find. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering and report into the VP of Revenue once hired. The balance we need: deep comfort in the data paired with the instinct to translate it into operational decisions that actually move the business.
Who we need
A data-driven operator who has owned revenue ops or sales ops in a high-volume inside sales environment β someone who defaults to building infrastructure rather than running one-off reports. Proficient in SQL and Looker, strong in Excel/Sheets forecasting, and comfortable owning comp plan design. Runs autonomously in a remote, written-first culture and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what matters.
Where the opportunity is
- Build the forecasting and quota infrastructure. We don't have a rigorous, repeatable model for agent staffing forecasts or quota setting. Build it from the ground up, and own it ongoing.
- Own the lead funnel. Monitor and diagnose the full lead flow β from distribution logic to handling efficiency to conversion β and partner with Sales Engineering to fix the bottlenecks.
- Make the dashboards actually useful. We have Looker but the views aren't always current or trusted. Rebuild reporting so leadership and sales managers are working off the same clean numbers.
- Design and run compensation. Own the comp plan mechanics for the inside sales org β monthly performance pay, SPIFs, team lead incentives β including the tracking and payout infrastructure.
- Get ahead of AI displacement. This role exists in a moment where AI is starting to absorb traditional rev ops tasks. The upside: you can build a leaner, more leveraged function than anyone else has. The expectation: you'll be actively identifying what to automate.
Key Responsibilities
- Own analytical strategy for the inside sales org β proactively identify data and operational needs, don't wait to be asked.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to design, build, and implement dashboards, tools, and infrastructure that
