Digital Marketing Specialist (WFH)

About the job:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Caliberly Human Resource Consulting, you'll plan and deliver digital campaigns, create engaging content, and use performance insights to improve how the company reaches its audiences.

1. Develop and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook, aligning posts with campaign goals and maintaining a consistent publishing calendar.

2. Write, build, and send email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional messages, with clear calls to action and audience-appropriate content.

3. Adapt messaging and creative for each platform, ensuring social posts and emails are accurate, engaging, and consistent in tone.

4. Monitor campaign performance using platform and email metrics, then recommend practical adjustments to content, timing, or targeting.

5. Manage day-to-day social activity by reviewing comments and messages and coordinating timely, professional responses.

6. Support campaign planning by organizing content calendars, preparing assets, and coordinating review and approval with relevant colleagues.

7. Track campaign results and share concise reports highlighting performance, useful insights, and opportunities to improve future activity.
