Digital Marketing Specialist (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

2. Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads.

3. Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant campaigns.

4. Plan and execute YouTube advertising campaigns to generate awareness and leads.

5. Set up and manage campaigns through Campaign Manager.

6. Conduct audience research, targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

7. Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.

8. Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

9. Optimize campaign budgets based on performance.

10. Track leads and conversions using appropriate tracking and analytics tools.

11. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.

12. Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.

13. Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
