In This Role

You will own and optimize a multichannel, top-of-funnel acquisition engine spanning paid media, organic discoverability, AI-driven search, and website conversion. You will use a test–learn–iterate approach to generate qualified traffic, improve acquisition efficiency, and create a scalable digital-growth program.

This is a hands-on role for a resourceful growth marketer who is equally comfortable adjusting media campaigns, improving technical search performance, analyzing conversion data, and partnering with content and web teams.
Responsibilities

- Develop and manage digital acquisition strategies across paid media, organic search, AI-driven search, and web conversion.

- Own multichannel paid-media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

- Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, creative performance, and acquisition efficiency.

- Optimize campaigns against metrics such as CPC, CPA, cost per qualified lead, qualified sessions, and conversion rate.

- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap covering audiences, bids, creative, offers, messaging, and landing pages.

- Lead technical SEO initiatives involving indexation, metadata, internal linking, structured data, and schema markup.

- Develop and implement answer-engine and generative-engine optimization strategies.

- Partner with content teams to create search-informed briefs, Q&A content, schema recommendations, and intent maps.

- Collaborate with web teams to plan, launch, and evaluate landing-page and conversion experiments.

- Maintain consistent campaign tagging, UTM standards, attribution practices, and funnel measurement.

- Partner with marketing operations to improve dashboards, reporting, and data integrity.

- Analyze performance trends and provide weekly recommendations and recurring strategic performance reviews.

- Support the digital amplification of events, partnerships, account-based marketing, and other acquisition programs.

- Identify opportunities to scale growth efficiently within limited budgets and resources.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, or demand generation.

- Direct experience managing multichannel paid-media campaigns and budgets.

- Proficiency with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, attribution, and funnel performance.

- Hands-on technical SEO experience, including metadata, indexation, structured data, and schema markup.

- Current knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI search, or generative-search discoverability practices.

- Experience developing and executing website conversion-optimization programs.

- Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests involving landing pages, messaging, creative, or audiences.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear optimization decisions.
