The Dealer Engagement Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of dealer-facing engagements across Sales.

This role partners with Sales, Events, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure dealer interactions are well-organized, supported with the right materials and communications, and followed through effectively from planning through post-engagement activities.
Outcomes and Activities :

- This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at our Southfield, Michigan office if requested by the team member.

- This position is available in two regional assignments: Southeast and West. Each hire will serve as a dedicated partner to the sales teams within their assigned region. To ensure alignment with business needs, employees must work core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the region they support, regardless of where they reside.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Engagement Coordination

- Support the development and execution of ongoing Sales education and readiness programs for field sellers, leaders, and specialized Sales roles.

- Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, participation lists, and planning materials.

- Partner with Sales leaders and field teams to clarify roles, timelines, and responsibilities for each engagement.

- Support pre- and post-engagement activities, including invitations, meeting logistics, surveys, follow-up communications, and action items.

- Attend planning meetings and provide status updates to ensure activities remain aligned and on track.

Content and Communications

- Maintain regional dealer engagement materials, including presentations, agendas, invitations, talking points, and supporting resources.

- Create dealer-facing communications and “Know Before You Go” materials that improve preparedness and participation.

- Partner with Marketing and Brand to ensure materials are accurate, appropriate, and aligned with the intended audience.

- Coordinate recognition, celebration, and social media opportunities tied to dealer engagements.

Industry and Event Support

- Research industry associations, trade shows, auctions, and other opportunities that may support dealer engagement.

- Maintain key dates and recommend relevant opportunities for Sales participation.

- Coordinate event support, including kickoff meetings, promotional materials, signage, and other engagement needs.

Cross-Functional Partnership

- Serve as a coordination point between Dealer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Events, and other internal partners.

- Respond to dealer and Sales inquiries and provide timely engagement-related information.

- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve dealer engagement planning, execution, and follow-through.
