Key responsibilities:

1. Creator Acquisition & Partnerships: Research, approach, and onboard creators through outreach campaigns and strategic partnerships.

2. Community Growth & Engagement: Acquire international dating-community members, manage Telegram communities, and drive user activation and retention.

3. Growth Tracking & Reporting:Track outreach, registrations, verifications, conversions, and engagement; provide regular performance reports.

- 4. Familiarity with Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram and other social platforms.
- 5. Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
- 6. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- 7. Candidates with experience in business development, influencer outreach, sales or community management will be preferred.
- 8. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
