We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across New Zealand within the online gaming industry.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the local marketing and commercial strategy across TV, radio, digital, affiliates, PR, sponsorships, CRM and more
• Adapt global campaigns to resonate with the New Zealand market
• Own marketing plans, budgets, targets and market performance
• Manage media, creative and agency partnerships and commercial negotiations
• Analyse ROI, CPA and acquisition metrics to optimise performance
• Lead local brand development and customer acquisition initiatives
• Ensure all marketing activity meets local regulatory and responsible advertising standards
• Collaborate with international teams to drive sustainable market growth

What you bring:
✅ 5+ years in senior marketing or commercial leadership
✅ 3+ years in New Zealand’s B2C online gaming industry
✅ Proven experience launching brands and driving rapid market growth
✅ Strong knowledge of the NZ media and advertising landscape
✅ Experience managing significant marketing budgets and external agencies
✅ Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills
