CONTENT STRATEGIST
About the Role
Keenya Kelly LLC is a video marketing education company that helps women business owners and content creators grow and monetize through short vertical video. We’re looking for a Content Strategist to plan our content in bulk so our team can film, edit, and post with clarity. This is a planning role, not a posting or editing role.
What You’ll Do
Build monthly content plans that include filming briefs, on-screen text hooks, talking points or scripts, captions, and platform-specific variations for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , and LinkedIn
Track current trends, audios, and formats on TikTok and Instagram and turn them into content ideas that fit our brand
Align every piece with our content pillars, audience stage, and sales goals so each video moves people toward a clear next step
Write hooks that stop the scroll and captions that feel like a real conversation, not a sales pitch
Submit plans on a set schedule and revise them quickly based on feedback
Keep a clean, organized tracker so the team always knows what’s approved, filmed, and scheduled
What You Bring
Daily, hands-on familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including what’s trending, why it works, and how formats change
A track record of creating content that drives engagement and turns into sales, ideally with examples you can share
Strong written communication and a natural sense of voice; you can write in a style that sounds human
Sharp attention to detail and a habit of following brand rules and templates exactly
Speed and reliability: you meet deadlines and flag problems before they become problems
Comfort taking direction and giving thoughtful input without needing to own every decision
Experience with spreadsheets and project trackers
A warm, collaborative personality. You’ll be part of a small team that works hard and has fun doing it
Nice to Have
Experience in creator education, coaching, or marketing for women entrepreneurs
Familiarity with email funnels and launch sequences
How to Apply
Start your application message with the word TIKTOK to confirm you’ve read the full posting. Then answer the screening questions below and attach your resume and two or three examples of content you’ve planned or created that performed well, with results if you have them.
Screening Questions
Walk us through a piece of content you planned that turned into sales. What was the hook, the format, the CTA, and the result?
Which TikTok or Instagram trend are you watching right now? Explain why it’s working and how you’d adapt it for women business owners.
Write a sample on-screen text hook (one line) for a video about why women business owners should stop waiting to feel ready before they start filming. Then give a second hook that uses a contrarian angle.
Our plans are due on a set day each month. Describe a time you met a tight deadline while keeping quality high. How did you prioritize?
How do you keep a content calendar organized when you’re managing many pieces at once? What tools or systems do you use?
How do you make sure captions sound like the person who’s posting them and not like generic marketing copy?
Tell us about a time you received feedback that changed your approach. How did you respond?
What does a healthy working relationship with a content owner look like to you, and how do you handle it when your ideas are not chosen?
Our team is small and works closely together. What do you enjoy most about collaborating on a creative team?
What is your availability each week, and what time zone are you working in?
This role requires you to be in the Philippines. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
