We're Hiring: Cold Caller (Service-Based Sales)

Join our team and help drive business growth by connecting with potential clients and introducing our professional service offerings. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience, particularly in cold calling for service-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

- Introduce and pitch company services to decision-makers and business owners

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach

- Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other communication channels

- Handle objections professionally and confidently to move conversations forward

- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers

- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead progress

- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and outreach targets

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1–2 years of cold calling experience in service-based sales

- Proven experience selling services such as recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, virtual assistant services, or similar B2B solutions is an advantage

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

- Comfortable speaking with CEOs, founders, executives, and decision-makers

- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly results-driven

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Work Setup:

- 100% Work From Home

- Available to work the 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT shift

- Willing to undergo a paid trial period of 4 hours per day for 1–2 weeks

- Part-time role during the training period

- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance

Salary:
- USD 6 per hour
