We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – R&D Department

Join our R&D team and help drive the development of innovative mechanical products from concept through full-scale production. We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong technical curiosity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work independently, manage projects remotely, and turn ideas into practical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product development projects from concept through production release

- Design and develop new products, components, and mechanical assemblies

- Perform engineering calculations, define technical requirements, and evaluate design alternatives

- Plan, execute, and analyse tests, trials, and validation activities

- Work closely with international suppliers, subcontractors, and customers

- Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve engineering challenges

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics

- Support technology and product innovation initiatives

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle

- Participate in design reviews, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement activities

- Drive projects and engineering activities independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or a related engineering role

- Strong background in mechanical design and product development

- Proficiency in CAD software

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and deliverables

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with plastics or materials-based products

- Experience transferring products from development to manufacturing

- Experience in a manufacturing environment

- Familiarity with Priority ERP

- Experience working in a global business environment

- Experience working with international customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams

Work Setup:

- 100% Work From Home

- Full-Time Position

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Israel Time

- Must be available during Israel business hours

- Remote work with minimal supervision

Salary:
- USD 13 per hour
