Key Responsibilities:

1. Speak with prospective clients to understand their goals, priorities, and concerns, then explain relevant options clearly and accurately.

2. Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout each client interaction.

3. Build strong client relationships by listening closely, responding promptly, and keeping CRM records organized and current.

4. Use sound sales judgment to identify client needs, address questions, and recommend appropriate next steps without pressure.

5. Support sales planning by tracking conversations, noting recurring client needs, and sharing useful insights with the team.

6. Contribute to business development by reconnecting with leads and identifying opportunities for continued engagement.

7. Coordinate with colleagues to provide reliable sales support and ensure client information and follow-up actions are handled smoothly.
