Core Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to business travellers by managing and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.

- Ensure all travel plans comply with company travel policies and client preferences.

- Maintain accurate travel records and resolve any client travel issues promptly and efficiently.

- Actively listen to client needs to deliver tailored travel solutions and advisory.

- Handle urgent travel requests and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Stay informed about travel industry trends, providing insights to enhance service quality.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

- Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related customer service role.

- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly.

- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is desirable.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
